Manufacturer’s Five-Year Limited Warranty
Genesis Integrated Reverse Osmosis System

For five (5) years from date of purchase, Right Water Solutions will repair or replace any part of the reverse osmosis unit which we find to be defective in operation because of faulty materials or workmanship, provided the original customer registers the enclosed warranty card with Right Water Solutions within ten (10) days of date of installation. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the system.

EXCEPTIONS to the warranty are:

(a) the faucet, which is covered under a one-year limited warranty for parts and labor only,

(b) disposable filter cartridges, which are covered for defects in material and workmanship only (service life of disposable cartridges varies with local water conditions and cannot be warranted),

(c) the reverse osmosis element, which is covered for manufacturing defects only and is prorated as follows:

1. FIRST FOUR (4) MONTHS – Upon delivery of unit to Right Water Solutions with a sample of feed water to unit, there will be a replacement at no charge.

2. MONTH FIVE (5) ONWARD – Customer pays $5.00 times the number of months the element has been in normal service (up to normal retail value).

Product failure or damage to the reverse osmosis unit resulting from any of the following will void the warranty:

(a) misuse, misapplication (i.e., unacceptable water conditions), neglect (such as inadequate filter changes), alterations, accident, improper installation or operation contrary to printed instructions, freezing or hot feed water,

(b) damage caused by flood, fire, or acts of God,

(c) fouling of membrane by sediment or scaling by mineral salts,

(d) product is removed from original installation site,

(e) failure to perated within feed water conditions as listed below:

Right Water Solutions’ liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, at our option, of any defective part and shall in no event include incidental or consequential damages of any kind. We do not authorized any person or representative to assume for us any other obligation on the sale of this reverse osmosis unit.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

The consumer should write to the factory for instructions and authorization to return the defective part or product or contact local distributor. Transportation charges on parts or products submitted for repair or replacement must be borne by the customer. This warranty does NOT cover labor or service charges for repairs or replacements made at locations other than on the premises of Right Water Solutions.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. This is the exclusive remedy. Liability for consequential damages, under any and all warranties, is excluded to the extent exclusion is permitted by law.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.

RETURN OF ITEMS – Before returning an item, call Right Water Solutions, Customer Satisfaction Department, at (951) 796-4197 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA#). This number will help us adjust your account as quickly as possible. No credit or exchange will be given without a valid RGA number. To obtain your authorization number, you will need to provide (1) the reason for the return and (2) the date of purchase.
